Book 10 copies of a title for 6 weeks for your book club. The Book Club Bag will be checked out on the Library card of the person picking up the bag. That person assumes responsibility for the bag and its contents. Please send in this booking form at least a week before you need to pick it up.

You can request a maximum of 6 titles at a time. The loan period for a Book Club Bag is 6 weeks. The return date will be set when you reserve your Book Club Bag and it must be returned by that date regardless of when you pick it up.
